The SADC Papineau-Collines 2024–2025 Annual Report is now available!
Among the highlights of 2024 and early 2025: the arrival of new talent within our team; the launch of the Together, Let’s Decarbonizeprogram, which helped several local businesses begin a structured approach to reducing their GHG emissions; and a record-breaking year in financing, with over $2.3 million in loans authorized to support impactful projects across the region.

New Executive Director
Ms. Chloé Gagnon recently joined us as Executive Director.
A native of the Petite-Nation and well known in the region, she previously served as Director of Territorial Development at the MRC de Papineau, following her role as Executive Director of two municipalities in the Petite-Nation.
Her arrival marks a promising new chapter for our organization.

OSEntreprendre – National Gala
Some of our regional winners and our Outaouais regional coordinator for the Défi OSEntreprendre Outaouais proudly represented the Outaouais at the OSEntreprendre National Gala in Quebec City!
Although our region did not win any awards this year, the experience, exposure, and inspiration were very much present.
