Mélissa has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurship. Originally from the Centre-du-Québec region, she grew up on a family farm, which nurtured her people-first vision of doing business. Specialized in management and business start-ups, she boasted 10 years of experience in NPO management when she joined the SADC and performed various functions. As a woman of action, Mélissa approaches her leadership and mobilizing role as an opportunity for innovation to propose promising strategies for the region.

Jean-Denis has been advising, structuring, and accompanying local entrepreneurs in their business projects as a Financial Analyst for the SADC for over 20 years. His unique expertise of the economic and business environment, as well as the quality of his personalized service have allowed him to contribute to the success of hundreds of SMEs over the last two decades through finance management resulting in tens of millions of dollars invested by the SADC in the region.

After more than 20 years as an engineer and business consultant in France and internationally, Moez Jouini, who is passionate about sustainable development, has turned his focus to advising clients on how they can achieve their business objectives by adopting an environmental, social and economic approach based on ethics and good governance.

His expertise was honed while obtaining his Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility from Université Laval in Québec City. Since moving to the Outaouais region, Moez has been putting his skills and motivation at the service of his community with the goal of providing innovative, sustainable and resilient development throughout the territory.

A public relations expert, Marie-France boasts over 15 years of experience in the field of communications. She held various television production and content writing positions in Montreal for newspapers and national magazines before managing press relations and the image of major consumer brands such as L’Oréal, Reitmans, and T-Fal. As a communications consultant with the SADC, Marie-France offers her vast experience to the benefit of SMEs and local organizations by optimizing their visibility.

Fully committed to the development of her community, Valérie is an example of citizen engagement. Recognized leader, she knows how to stimulate successful collaboration between local economic partners. Her extensive knowledge of the business world, forged by 20 years of involvement in the family business, lead to her previous role of General Manager of the Chambre de commerce Vallée de la Petite-Nation. Her unique expertise in project management allows her to conduct strategic development for our businesses and our municipalities.

She was the owner of a specialized retail business for many years before dedicating herself to a private accounting practice.
