Executive Director of SADC Papineau-Collines, Chloé oversees the overall management of the organization and its resources. With extensive leadership experience in local economic development and a multidisciplinary academic background, she works closely with the team, the Board of Directors, and community partners to build strong partnerships, develop impactful projects, and position the SADC as a key player in local economic development. Through her human-centered and strategic leadership, she ensures that the SADC’s actions remain aligned with its mission, forward-looking, and responsive to the needs of local communities.
