Mélissa has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurship. Originally from the Centre-du-Québec region, she grew up on a family farm, which nurtured her people-first vision of doing business. Specialized in management and business start-ups, she boasted 10 years of experience in NPO management when she joined the SADC and performed various functions. As a woman of action, Mélissa approaches her leadership and mobilizing role as an opportunity for innovation to propose promising strategies for the region.

Jean-Denis has been advising, structuring, and accompanying local entrepreneurs in their business projects as a Financial Analyst for the SADC for over 20 years. His unique expertise of the economic and business environment, as well as the quality of his personalized service have allowed him to contribute to the success of hundreds of SMEs over the last two decades through finance management resulting in tens of millions of dollars invested by the SADC in the region.

Francis Hubert

Francis has over 12 years of experience in managing and operating major events and complex projects within the federal government and for the final of the Quebec Games in Gatineau, among others. Working with multidisciplinary teams and partners is his passion. Having also immersed himself in entrepreneurship and business management, he enjoys juggling tight deadlines while aiming for a high standard of quality. His contribution to the SADC as a project manager allows the organization to develop effective plans, focused on outcomes.

Moez Jouini, with over 20 years of experience in engineering and business consulting in France and abroad, has specialized in advising on sustainable development. He guides clients in achieving their business objectives while adopting environmentally friendly and socially responsible practices. After earning a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Social and Environmental Responsibility at Laval University, Quebec, Moez applies his skills in Outaouais, aiming for innovative, sustainable, and resilient development in his community.

With five years of experience in finance and human resources management for a SME in the construction sector, Valérie has also amassed nearly ten years of experience in customer service. Passionate about human interaction, she excels in establishing strong relationships and understanding client needs, making her a valuable and versatile employee.

A public relations expert, Marie-France boasts over 15 years of experience in the field of communications. She held various television production and content writing positions in Montreal for newspapers and national magazines before managing press relations and the image of major consumer brands such as L’Oréal, Reitmans, and T-Fal. As a communications consultant with the SADC, Marie-France offers her vast experience to the benefit of SMEs and local organizations by optimizing their visibility.
