Are you an entrepreneur or a leader of an agricultural business in Outaouais and wish to quickly implement concrete actions to reduce your greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and improve your profitability?

Join a support program within a cohort of entrepreneurs facing the same challenges and issues as you! Businesses in the region will be involved in realizing government objectives in terms of GHG reduction targets or carbon neutrality.

The program includes

  • 4 group meetings in person and virtually over 12 weeks
  • 1 company visit
  • A carbon footprint assessment of your company
  • A personalized GHG calculator
  • Identification of individual and collective actions to reduce your GHG emissions
  • Identification of funding programs for implementing actions
  • A portfolio of carbon credits ready to be sold on the voluntary carbon market

Week 1

📌Session 1 in cohort: “Introduction and demystification of SD (Sustainable Development) concepts”
(Duration: 3h)

Week 2

📌Session 2 in cohort: “The audit, diagnosis, and carbon footprint”
(Duration: 3h)

Weeks 3 to 5

Individual company visits from a consulting expert

Weeks 6 to 8

Calculation of carbon footprints by the consulting expert

Week 9

📌Session 3 in cohort: “Designing an action plan”
(Duration: 3h)

Week 12

📌Session 4 in cohort: “Presentation of the common action plan”
(Duration: 2h)
